Our Process

Your Pergola Journey

Every Rase project is bespoke. From the initial ideas through to installation, our process is designed to ensure your outdoor space is tailored to your home, lifestyle and requirements.

Step one

Start With Inspiration

We always encourage clients to explore the possibilities first.

Our website is packed with information to help you understand the benefits of investing in a bespoke outdoor living space. Browse our pergolas, glass rooms, outdoor kitchens, awnings and parasols, along with hundreds of completed projects for inspiration.

Our Insights section also covers everything from pricing and product differences to maintenance and planning considerations, helping you make informed decisions before moving forward.

Step two

Initial Conversation

Once you get in touch, one of our experienced consultants will discuss your ideas, space and approximate requirements.

At this stage, we aim to provide an outline budget indication to establish whether we are the right fit for your project before progressing further.

With years of experience across our product range, our team can quickly advise on what is possible, what would work best for your property and whether we can achieve your vision within budget.

Step three

Explore the Products

If the outline costs align with your expectations, the next step is experiencing the products in more detail.

You are welcome to visit our showroom in Caistor, Lincolnshire, where you can see and operate many of the systems in person. For clients further afield, we also offer virtual showroom tours and live WhatsApp video calls to help you explore specific features and options remotely.

Step four

Home Consultation & Technical Survey

Because every installation is bespoke, a site consultation is an important part of the process.

One of our specialists will visit your home to assess the space, discuss layouts, finishes and functionality, while also carrying out a technical survey to ensure a seamless installation.

There is a consultation fee of £295 including VAT. This covers far more than travel time. It gives you access to expert guidance, technical knowledge and design insight that often helps clients realise possibilities they had not originally considered.

Step Five

Securing Your Project

Once you are ready to proceed, we take a deposit to secure your order and installation schedule.

From this point, your project moves into manufacturing, technical preparation and installation planning. As all systems are made to order, every stage is carefully coordinated to ensure the finished result is tailored precisely to your home.
