Jonathan brings a hands-on, no-fuss approach to leading the team, backed by years of experience in engineering and project management. Starting his career as a railway engineer, he quickly moved through the ranks to manage large-scale operations before being headhunted in 2022 to oversee the day-to-day running of our outdoor living business.
In May 2023, Jonathan completed a management buyout, becoming Director and taking the reins with a clear vision: deliver high-end outdoor spaces with precision, passion, and a personal touch. His background in engineering means no detail is too small, and no challenge too complex – a mindset that’s shaped the way we work and the results we deliver.
When he’s not on-site or behind the scenes keeping everything moving, you’ll likely find him watching rugby, casting a line out on the water, or enjoying a well-earned glass of champagne (occasionally, of course).
Jonathan is passionate about creating spaces where people truly love to spend time – and he leads the team with the same energy and enthusiasm that he brings to every project.
With a background in quantity surveying and accountancy, Wendy brings precision, structure, and a sharp eye for detail to the business. As our company grows, so too does Wendy’s role, and she’s now more hands-on than ever – keeping us financially sound, operationally sharp, and always aiming higher.
Raised in the countryside with early roots in farming life, Wendy’s connection to the outdoors runs deep. She has a natural passion for beautiful, functional outdoor spaces, and is constantly on the lookout for the best products to complement our outdoor rooms – balancing quality, design, and practicality.
Wendy is the calm in the storm, the one who keeps things on track behind the scenes (and occasionally gives Jonathan a nudge in the right direction). As she often jokes – behind every good man is a better woman, and we couldn’t agree more.
Her mix of industry know-how and countryside sensibility helps shape our business into something more than just building outdoor spaces – it’s about creating a lifestyle. And with Wendy’s keen eye and steady hand, we’re building something really special.

After 36 years working for a major nationwide supermarket chain, Lee joined our team ready to take on a fresh challenge – and he’s never looked back. Bringing with him decades of experience in operations, logistics, and customer service, Lee has transitioned seamlessly into his second career as a surveyor and installer, becoming a vital part of our high-end outdoor living business.
Lee’s attention to detail, calm approach, and outstanding people skills have made him a favourite with both clients and colleagues. Always dependable and endlessly positive, he brings a steady hand and a friendly face to every project. Whether he’s surveying a site or installing the final touches, Lee approaches each task with pride, precision, and a smile.
His background in customer service gives him a natural ability to build trust and rapport with clients, ensuring that every stage of the process is smooth, professional, and enjoyable.
Away from work, Lee is a devoted family man and a proud father of three. When he’s not on-site, you’ll often find him spending quality time with his loved ones or getting stuck into a DIY project at home. Lee’s warmth, reliability, and can-do attitude make him a real asset to the team.
Rarely do you come across someone who can truly do it all – but in Ben, we’ve found exactly that. With a skill set that spans building, electrical work, groundworks, surveying, installation, and tool and machinery operation, Ben is the definition of a master of many. Give him a blank plot of land, and he’ll build you your dream outdoor space from the ground up – meticulously, creatively, and with relentless attention to detail.
Ben has an uncompromising eye for quality and an unwavering drive for perfection. Every screw, joint, and finish is considered, checked, and rechecked – not because he has to, but because it’s how he works. He’s also the go-to man for technical input across the team, always ready to offer support, solve problems, and make sure the job is done right the first time.
Beyond his technical brilliance, Ben’s passion for technology and photography adds another dimension to his role. His ability to capture our finished projects with a creative eye means we’re able to share stunning visuals with our clients and celebrate the work we’re so proud of.

Dave has been with us since day one – our longest-serving team member and a true cornerstone of the company. With a background as a service engineer and project manager for British Telecom, Dave brings decades of technical know-how, methodical precision, and a calm, considered approach to every project he touches.
Over the past decade, he’s helped shape our business from the ground up, contributing not just his hands-on skills but also his deep understanding of planning, process, and execution. With a sharp eye for detail and a love of procedure, Dave ensures nothing is overlooked and every element is completed to the highest standard.
In recent years, his role has evolved once again as he’s mastered the art of creating digital renders of our projects – allowing clients to see lifelike visualisations of their outdoor space before work even begins.
