In this East Yorkshire project, we designed and installed a bespoke double-roof pergola to house a full outdoor kitchen and dining area. With a combination of retractable screens, sliding glass panels, integrated heating, and lighting, the result is a versatile, all-weather living space that blends functionality with style.

The client’s vision was to create a large outdoor kitchen and dining space that could be enjoyed all year round, while offering flexibility with screening and enclosure.
We installed a B200XL double-roof pergola with rotating louvres, allowing the two roof modules to be operated independently – ideal for controlling ventilation in the kitchen area while keeping the dining zone sheltered.
Automated light grey screens were fitted to all open sides, offering privacy, wind protection, and heat retention. Additional pergola legs created natural doorways, allowing individual screens to be controlled separately for ease of movement.
To maintain views and maximise natural light, we incorporated a sliding glass wall system. The panels neatly stack behind one another, ensuring clear sightlines whether open or closed.
For year-round comfort, we added colour-matched heaters and multi-coloured LED roof lights, providing both warmth and atmosphere.
The integrated outdoor kitchen, complete with sink, fridge, and BBQ, was finished with a sleek black powder-coated frame and continuous porcelain worktops, combining practicality with contemporary style.
This project created a sophisticated all-weather outdoor living space, blending a high-spec kitchen with a dining area under a fully customisable pergola. From summer barbecues to cosy winter evenings, the space offers flexibility, comfort, and a striking design that enhances both the garden and the property.
