This Beverley project was designed to create a sophisticated outdoor entertaining space that combines sheltered dining with a fully equipped outdoor kitchen. By integrating sliding glass, retractable screens, heating and a dedicated kitchen wall, the pergola has become a true extension of the home, allowing the client to cook, dine and entertain in comfort throughout the seasons.

The client wanted to create a dedicated outdoor entertaining space that would house a bespoke outdoor kitchen while providing a comfortable dining area that could be enjoyed throughout the year.
We designed a 5m x 4m B200 XL pergola finished in black (RAL 9005) to create a bold architectural feature that complements the property. A wood-effect aluminium wall provides the perfect backdrop for the outdoor kitchen, giving the appliances protection from the elements while creating a clean, contemporary finish.
A 5-metre sliding glass wall allows the space to be enclosed during cooler or wetter weather while maintaining uninterrupted views of the garden. Two motorised retractable screens provide additional protection from low sun, wind and privacy when required, allowing the environment to be adapted to changing conditions throughout the day.
Integrated louvre lighting, remote-controlled heaters and automatic wind and rain sensors ensure the pergola remains comfortable and easy to use from early spring through to late autumn, creating a genuinely versatile outdoor living space.
The finished pergola provides the perfect setting for outdoor cooking, dining and entertaining. By combining shelter, heating, sliding glass and flexible screening, the client now has a luxurious outdoor room that seamlessly connects the home, garden and outdoor kitchen into one cohesive living space.
