In this project, we helped a homeowner with a newly built property transform their spacious L-shaped outdoor area into a sophisticated and inviting space for dining and relaxing. By designing a custom L-shaped pergola, we delivered a solution that offers both style and versatility.
The client’s outdoor space presented a unique challenge due to its L-shaped layout and need for year-round usability. Our custom solution addressed these requirements while ensuring the pergola harmonised with the property’s contemporary design.
Coupled Pergolas for a Perfect Fit:
To accommodate the L-shaped configuration, we coupled two B200XL pergolas into a seamless structure. This innovative approach created a single cohesive pergola that perfectly covered the dining and seating areas.
Wall-Mounted Design for Unobstructed Space:
By wall-mounting the pergola to the property, we eliminated the need for two additional support legs, maximising the open space underneath. This design not only enhanced the pergola’s sleek appearance but also maintained a clear and unobstructed layout for furniture placement.
Stylish and Durable Construction:
The anthracite grey frame and louvres provided a modern, polished look that matched the home’s architectural features, ensuring the pergola felt like a natural extension of the property.
Enhanced Comfort with Automated Screens and Heating:
To ensure comfort in all weather conditions, we installed light-coloured automated screens on all open sides. These screens reduced wind exposure while maintaining the space’s airy feel. Three colour-matched frame-mounted heaters were integrated into the pergola design, offering warmth during cooler months.
