This project showcases how a bespoke pergola can seamlessly integrate with a kitchen diner to create a versatile outdoor living space. Designed to enhance the usability of a patio area without compromising natural light indoors, the pergola delivers the perfect balance of form and function for year-round enjoyment.
The client’s newly remodeled garden featured a patio accessed via large bifold doors from the kitchen diner. The challenge was to add a pergola that extended the living space outdoors while maintaining natural light and openness in the indoor area.
Bespoke Design for Light and Versatility:
We installed a B600S pergola, which offers the ultimate flexibility with its rotating and retracting louvres. The S-shaped louvres slide together compactly, leaving only 13% of the roof surface covered when fully open. This design ensures maximum natural light flows into the kitchen diner, even on cloudy days, while providing complete coverage when needed for shade or rain protection.

Dimmable LED strips integrated into the louvres provide adjustable lighting, enhancing the pergola’s aesthetic and usability during evenings and darker days.
This pergola was carefully designed to feel like a natural extension of the kitchen diner. The black frame and white louvres create a sleek, modern aesthetic that complements the property’s design, while the sliding louvre system ensures the indoor space remains bright and inviting.
