In this project, we transformed a blank porcelain patio in Lincolnshire into a stunning indoor/outdoor living space. By installing a coupled pergola with rotating louvres, automated screens, and integrated heating and lighting, we created a space that’s perfect for any season.
The client wanted a versatile extension to their home—one that could function as a comfortable indoor dining area in colder weather and a beautiful open space in summer.
To achieve this, we installed a coupled pergola with rotating louvres to cover the patio. The white frame and louvres matched the home’s existing doors and windows, creating a seamless and cohesive look. The design required only one extra leg, ensuring the structure was both functional and unobtrusive.
Three light automated screens provided the ability to enclose the space when desired, reducing wind and noise to create a cosy dining room atmosphere.
Six integrated white LED louvre lights added to the bright and airy feel of the space, ensuring it was usable both day and night. For colder days, two colour-matched frame-mounted heaters kept the area warm and inviting, making it the perfect year-round retreat.
