This West Lindsey project was all about transforming a patio area into a fully enclosed, all-weather outdoor room. Our client wanted a bright, modern structure that connected seamlessly with their home, offering both privacy and flexibility — without compromising the view or natural light.

Our client’s goal was to create a year-round garden room that felt like an extension of their home. Working closely with the landscaper and builder, we designed a fully integrated pergola system that connects neatly to the property using custom flashings.
The white-on-white finish delivers a clean, modern look that blends beautifully with the home’s façade, while the sliding glass doors and retractable screens offer full flexibility — allowing the space to be open and airy in summer or enclosed and cosy in cooler weather.
To complete the design, we installed a wood-look solid aluminium wall at the rear to provide both warmth and visual interest, complemented by a colour-matched heater and ambient LED louvre lights.
The finished pergola is a bright, insulated outdoor room that connects effortlessly with the home. Whether it’s open for alfresco dining or closed for movie nights, this space offers true indoor-outdoor living — with all the comfort of a permanent extension.
